Giovani per l’Europa undertakes the following obligations:
- Organising transport from/to the airport and reception of the participants at their point of arrival.
- Organisation of program and practice placements
- Language training.
- Airport transfer.
- Insurance.
- Issuing of final certificates.
- Supervision and mentoring service for the participants.
- Arrangement of accommodation.
- Organisation of the participant's local transport.
- Organisation of social-cultural activities.
- Implementing the follow-up procedures: monitoring and tutoring will be on a regular basis, guidance
and support will be available at all times to the trainees.
- Co-operation at all times with the sending organization.
- Arrangement of reports and arrangement of eventual report.
- Dissemination and transfer of results during the forthcoming period of mutual co-operation.
- We accept the Partnership quality commitment exchange.
All of the staff that work in Giovani per l’Europa have lots of experience working with European Commission Programmes. We have extensive experience working with international organisations, ranging from universities and colleges, Chambers of Commerce and government departments, to small, medium and large companies. We are actively participating in the Lifelong Learning Projects, primarily in the Leonardo da Vinci Mobility, Placement and Exchange, Erasmus, Youth. These initiatives focus on the organisation, management and evaluation of work experience, work placement, internship, cultural discovery, accommodation and language training programmes for students and other young workers across the European Union (including the candidate countries). Our experience is unique amongst companies that are involved in managing EC funded Projects.
Between us we have:
• written many successful projects • coordinated many successful projects as the Promoter • managed many successful projects as the Intermediary Organisation Specifically, we have: • worked with the European Commission Directorate-General for Education and Culture • worked with many national Education Departments • organised and managed more than 250 Work Placement Projects across Europe • organised and managed accommodation and work placements for more than 1000 student • organised and managed more than 50 Exchange Projects across Europe • organised and managed accommodation and exchange visits for more than 200 participants As a result of our collective experience, we have gained a unique understanding of what needs to be done to ensure a successful and valuable project.
