Attività: i volontari supporteranno le attività portate avanti dal Centro per bambini disabili "Fidanjik".

Main tasks of volunteers will be:
• Volunteers will work primarily with children’s from 6-17 years old. Also volunteers can work in a branch of the Centre in another community.
• Volunteers will organize leisure time for children, with teachers, so they will be assistants
• Play with children, with his / her creativity and games he / she knows;
• Help to organize tours and excursions to lead groups of children;
• To participate in the workshops of painting and crafts;

Dove: Gagauzia region, Comrat city, Ceadir-Lunga city, Republic of Moldova.
Partenza: settembre 2011
Durata: 6 mesi
Requisiti richiesti: età compresa tra i 18 e i 30 anni; conoscenza base di una delle seguenti lingue: Inglese, Rumeno, Russo, interesse per l’ambito e per le specifiche attività proposte.

Ambito: sociale- bambini
Attività: I volontari lavoreranno con bambini di età compresa tra I 6-17 anni supportando le attività ed i programmi educatici e riabilitativi del Collegio № 6 (Centro dedicato alla cura di bambini con diverse disabilità fisiche e mentali).

Main Tasks for volunteers: Volunteers will work alongside qualified members of staff as a supernumerary assistant and will be actively involved in the development of the day program of occupational therapy. The assignment of the volunteers will be fixed by prior consultation with staff members. Volunteers could develop their own ideas for new games, activities or stories into a personal project if they so wished - creative ideas are always welcome. The remaining of volunteer’s time will be spent in helping with other aspects of work at the centre - assisting with serving meals to the kids, cleaning and preparing equipment, planning activities and courses.
For example:
• Volunteers will organize leisure time for children, with teachers, so they will be assistants;
• Play with children, with his / her creativity and games he / she knows;
• Help to organize tours and excursions to lead groups of children;
• Participate in the workshops of painting and crafts;
• Take part in theatre and music groups;
• Helping children with their daily needs and responsibilities;
Like all staff members volunteers are expected to carry out some work of routine like
• Preparing of group rooms for work
• Cursory cleaning of group rooms at the end of work
• Maintenance of working materials
• Assistance during meals

Attività: I volontari collaboreranno con il centro giovanile Miras ed il centro Pro-Europe nel promuovere, attraverso la realizzazione di reportage fotografici e video, esposizioni, meeting, ecc., le istituzioni e la cultura dell’Unione europea presso la comunità locale, così come la cultura e le tradizioni di una minoranza etnica della Moldavia, perlopiù sconosciuta: i Gagauzi.
Requirements and tasks for volunteers:
• Be proficient in English or other relevant international language (German, French, Russian).
• Be able to organize and involve in different campaigns related to the European integration of Moldova.
• Organize information campaigns about the European Union, bodies of the European Union, legal framework of the European Union, European policies and programs.
• Promoting European values.
• Supporting the organisation of social campaigns.
• Supporting project-writing activities.
Creation and dissemination of information materials.
• Optimism and positive attitude. Support.
